About BgRaster

A fast, single-file console application that generates per-output wallpapers and assigns them directly to every Windows display. Inspired by Sysinternals BgInfo, built for creative professionals: AV technicians, video engineers, and real-time graphics specialists. Highlights: - One PNG per display, sized to its native resolution and anchored to its desktop position. - Multiple layers: text, network adapter info, labeled edges, custom logos (SVG), alignment grids, crosshairs, and solid backgrounds. - Format strings with ${tokens} for dynamic substitution and per-line size and color cycling. - Slices to split any output into multiple regions, each with different settings. - Short-lived and idempotent: runs until done then exits, skipping re-rendering when config, version, and hardware fingerprint all match. - TOML-first configuration with CLI overrides, auto-seeding a config from defaults on first run. - Portable single-file executable with no runtime dependencies, built for speed via NativeAOT compilation.
