About WallRotate
WallRotate is a Windows tray app that puts a different wallpaper on every screen, rotates them every 12 hours or on a global hotkey (Win+Ctrl+R), and plays animated GIFs and video clips as live desktop backgrounds drawn behind the desktop icons. It idles at 0% CPU and about 3 MB of RAM, and animation pauses automatically whenever the wallpaper is not visible (covered by windows, fullscreen apps, the lock screen, or the display being off). Run "wallrotate" once to start it in the tray; it registers itself to start at sign-in.
